The Co-CREATE ImpACT approach is simple: authentic, collaborative and fun.
The name, Co-CREATE ImpACT, comes from what we love doing best – collectively and collaboratively creating meaningful impact to inspire people and ignite positive action for a sustainable future.
how it all started
It all started back in 2019, with a conversation with Sophie Segal, when we realised we both had a shared passion about harnessing play to advance sustainability.
As mothers of young children, our worlds were full of play on a daily basis and we realised first-hand how much can be learnt through play. However, the sad truth is that somewhere between childhood and adulthood most of us stop playing and in doing so we lose access to a powerful tool that can help us look at the world from a different perspective.
Transforming the way we live, work and do business is essential to ensure that we meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations (including those of our children) to meet their own needs.
We were both convinced that if we get more people playing with purpose, then the ripple effect of that play will create positive impact for planet, people and prosperity.

I work in close collaboration with clients, training companies, sustainability experts, creative thinkers and talented facilitators from around the world, who create the Co-CREATE ImpACT global community.
I don’t do what I do alone, I actively seek and build collaborations that are complementary and supportive; building knowledge, energy and ideas to design and deliver engaging training that inspires and drives positive impact.
Which is why I use ‘we’ and ‘our’ when talking about Co-CREATE ImpACT.
